Overview

Bloom by Roze Health needed a complete website that could present its services with warmth while meeting the practical demands of a healthcare brand. That meant more than a pretty landing page — booking flows, an approachable FAQ, and a full set of legal and policy pages all had to live together consistently.

I built the site in Webflow so the team could keep it up to date after launch, with a structure designed to stay coherent as content grows.

Challenge

Healthcare sites carry an unusually wide content spread: persuasive service pages sit right next to dense, legally important documents like a Privacy Policy, HIPAA notice, terms, and refund policy. All of it needs to feel like one brand.

On top of that, the interface had to stay accessible and readable across devices, and the content structure had to be manageable enough for the team to maintain without a developer for every edit.

Approach

I built from a shared visual system outward, so marketing pages and legal pages would read as one consistent, accessible experience.

  1. Define the system

Established typography, color, spacing, and reusable Webflow layouts that every page type could draw from.

  2. Build the core pages

Developed responsive landing and service pages with clear booking flows and an easy-to-scan FAQ presentation.

  3. Handle the legal content

Laid out Privacy, HIPAA, Terms, and Refund pages so dense policy text stays readable and on-brand.

  4. Make it maintainable

Structured content in a CMS-friendly way and checked accessibility and responsiveness throughout.

Development Highlights

  • Responsive core pagesLanding and service pages that hold their layout on any screen.
  • Clear booking & FAQBooking flows and FAQ content presented so visitors can act with confidence.
  • Complete legal setPrivacy, HIPAA, Terms, and Refund pages built to stay readable and on-brand.
  • CMS-friendly structureContent organized so the team can manage it after launch.

Outcome

Bloom by Roze Health ended up with a coherent, scalable website where marketing and legal content share one accessible visual language across devices. The CMS-friendly structure means the team can keep branding consistent as they add and update content over time.
